Yay jet packs!

He has no gender, but I like to think of him as based on male design. Yes, he has two sets of arms. I'm sorry if they're not clearly visible.

I think of this as a concept sketch. I like the design, but the pose sort of lacks something. It never seemed very popular so I put it on the back burner.
